Failure to provide requested verification documents within 30 days may result in temporary account suspension until verification is completed. All documents must clearly show your full name, date of birth, address, and document validity dates.

All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 for bank transfers and Rp 25,000 for e-wallet deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit for verified accounts, though individual payment methods may impose their own transaction limits.
Deposits made via bank transfer during banking hours (typically 08:00 - 21:00 WIB) are processed instantly or within 5 minutes. Deposits submitted outside banking hours will be credited within 24 hours on the next business day. E-wallet deposits are processed in real-time regardless of time or day.
gt1o8 does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or transfer costs, which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible.
All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits (funds from accounts not owned by you) are strictly prohibited and will be rejected. If gt1o8 detects that deposited funds originated from a third-party source, we reserve the right to freeze your account, reverse the deposit, and return funds to the original source.
To request a withdrawal from your gt1o8 account, you must meet the following conditions:

Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account name used for deposits.
Standard accounts have a maximum withdrawal limit of Rp 100,000,000 per transaction and Rp 500,000,000 per month. VIP tier members enjoy higher limits based on their tier level. gt1o8 does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same month may incur a processing fee of 1.5% or Rp 50,000, whichever is lower.
gt1o8 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion. By accepting any bonus, you agree to comply with its associated terms.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. This means you must place bets totaling 30 times the bonus value before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a Rp 1,000,000 bonus requires Rp 30,000,000 in total bets to clear.

gt1o8 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate any associated winnings if we determine that bonus terms have been violated or abused. Prohibited bonus abuse activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, colluding with other players, and providing false information to claim ineligible promotions.
All sports bets placed on gt1o8 are governed by the official rules of the respective sport and league. Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the governing sports body. If a match is postponed, abandoned, or canceled before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise specified in specific betting market rules.
gt1o8 offers various betting types including Asian handicap (voor), Over/Under total goals, 1X2 match result, mix parlay accumulators, and live in-play betting. Specific rules for each bet type are available in our Betting Rules section. The platform reserves the right to refuse or limit bets, particularly if we suspect irregular betting patterns, insider information exploitation, or other forms of unfair advantage.
All casino games offered on gt1o8, including slots, live dealer games, and table games, operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers in licensed studios. Game outcomes are determined entirely by chance or skill within the game's established rules—gt1o8 has no ability to influence or manipulate individual game results.
Return to Player (RTP) percentages are displayed for each game and represent the theoretical long-term payout rate. Actual session results may vary significantly from stated RTP due to the nature of random outcomes. Malfunction voids all pays and plays—in the event of a technical error, game malfunction, or disputed outcome, gt1o8's decision based on game logs and server records will be final.

During self-exclusion, you will not be able to access your account, place bets, or receive marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
gt1o8 provides its services "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. While we strive to maintain 99% platform uptime, we do not guarantee that our services will be available at all times without disruption, delay, or technical issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, gt1o8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your gt1o8 account during the 90 days preceding the claim.
gt1o8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused bonuses, or posed a risk to the integrity of our platform. In such cases, we may withhold or confiscate funds that we determine were obtained through terms violations.
You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in your account (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method after verification. Once closed, your account cannot be reopened.
All content on the gt1o8 platform, including logos, graphics, text, software, game designs, and trademarks, are the property of gt1o8 or our licensed content providers and are protected by Indonesian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without our express written permission.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to gt1o8's licensing jurisdiction.
